This is a free plugin by the same guys who developed the fully fledged WordPress shopping cart, eStore. This plugin doesn’t have a commercial name. It’s simply called WordPress Simple PayPal Shopping Cart Plugin.
As an alternative to building a fully featured online store, this plugin allows you to have a few items for sale on your blog or website. It won’t completely transform WordPress into a shopping cart like the other plugins here would.
Installation and Ease of Use
This plugin installs easily just like other WordPress plugins. Adding products to be sold is also easy. You simply add a product from the admin menu, then you’ll be given the option to display the product on WordPress pages and posts that you create.

Selling of Digital Products
Even though the plugins features are somewhat limited, you could still use it to sell both digital and non-digital products.
Supported Payment Gateways
As the name implies, the plugin supports only one payment gateway, PayPal. It uses the Express Checkout feature of PayPal.

Just like with eStore, the author of this plugin has produced plenty of tutorials and documentation to help you use this plugin. He also provides personalized support through the support forum.
